We bought these kinda leary about all the comments about the low price, shelf life and just not working. Well, they arrived sooner then expected and they work great. Definately will purchase more if these 5 get used up again (the item we use them for only takes 2 batteries). I did check the price on 2 of these at my local Menards and Wal Mart and they want around $5 a pair...So this is just a great deal - over twice as many and at less then half the cost.

After purchasing the Kandle I wasn't sure how long the original batteries would hold up. So far, with a month of late nights of reading, the original batteries are still burning bright. I'm glad to have this small set for future use.

Magic Jack
This is a widely used standard size found in most desktop computers (CMOS backup) as well as in some cameras, game watches, calculators, etc, as such, it is good to have a few on hand.
NOTE: It is slightly thicker than CR2022 and can sometimes be used in place of them (such as on a motherboard). However, be sure you are ordering the correct battery for tight fitting applications.

After getting a call from National explaining the date code on the batteries i am giving this five stars. Maxell should do a better job of putting a date code on thier products as it does get misleading. Thanks to National for calling me. The 02 means feb of 2010, not 2002 like i thought.
